Synetal Solutions – Terms and Conditions

Effective from the date of signing between Synetal Solutions (“the Company”) and the Candidate (as detailed in the attached Recruitment Form).


1. Program Overview

Synetal Solutions provides recruitment programs aimed at helping candidates secure employment within their professional sector.

General Recruitment Program (3 Months)

Includes:

  • Profile Evaluation
  • CV Preparation
  • LinkedIn Job Assistance
  • Interview Preparation
  • Job Placement Support
  • Guaranteed Interviews
  • Guaranteed Placement or Partial Refund

Healthcare Assistant Training & Recruitment (Program A & B)

Includes:

  • Accredited training (theory + practical) aligned with UK healthcare standards
  • Recruitment and placement assistance
  • Interview coaching
  • Visa support
  • Resume review & marketing
  • Career guidance

Placement Location: While we strive to place candidates within ~1.5 hours of their preferred location, final placement depends on role availability. The Candidate agrees to accept such placements.


2. Program Duration

  • General Recruitment Program: Valid for 3 months from receipt of the signed agreement and initial payment.
  • Healthcare Assistant Program (A & B): Valid for 3 months starting from the first training intake. Full participation in training and recruitment is required.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

General Recruitment Program

  • Total Fee: £1,200
  • Initial Deposit: £500 (upon signing)
  • Remaining Balance: £700 (5 monthly instalments)

Healthcare Assistant Program A

  • Total Fee: £1,500
  • First Instalment: £300 (upon signing)
  • Balance: £1,200 (6 monthly instalments of £200)

Healthcare Assistant Program B

  • Total Fee: £6,000
  • First Instalment: £3,000 (upon signing)
  • Second Instalment: £3,000 (upon successful placement completion)

Payments via bank transfer or approved methods.


4. Candidate Obligations

The Candidate agrees to:

  • Provide truthful, complete information
  • Attend all scheduled sessions/interviews
  • Respond promptly to communications
  • Act professionally and in good faith
  • Submit required documents (qualifications, right to work in the UK, etc.)
  • Complete all training assessments
  • Comply with UK immigration and employment laws

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Your data will be:

  • Collected lawfully and transparently
  • Used solely for recruitment purposes
  • Shared only with relevant third parties (e.g., employers)
  • Stored securely

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Confidentiality is expected from both parties.


6. Legal Compliance

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, including:

  • Employment Agencies Act 1973
  • Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Data Protection Act 2018 & UK GDPR
  • Equality Act 2010

The Candidate is responsible for meeting all legal requirements to work in the UK.


7. Termination

The Company may terminate the Agreement if:

  • Payments are not made
  • Sessions or interviews are missed repeatedly
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • UK laws or this Agreement are breached

No refunds are issued upon termination for any of the above reasons. Candidate withdrawals may result in non-refundable payments.


8. Right to Cancel – 7-Day Money Back Policy

You may cancel within 7 calendar days of signing (“Cooling-Off Period”) with full refund rights.

To cancel:

Submit written notice via email or post within the 7-day period

Refunds issued within 14 days (if applicable)

If services begin during this period, a proportional fee may be deducted.


9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).


10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled first through mutual discussion. If unresolved:

Referred to mediation/arbitration

Subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales


11. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: This is the full understanding between both parties.

Amendments: Must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Subcontracting: Not permitted by the Candidate.


12. Acknowledgement & Consent

By signing, the Candidate confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood the terms
  • Accept that placement location is not guaranteed
  • May forfeit fees if they reject a suitable placement offer
  • Are aware of their 7-day right to cancel
